Health Insurance Plan (Medical, Dental, Prescription, Vision)
Employees have their choice of an HMO plan through Blue Cross Blue Shield or PPO plan through United Healthcare. Both include prescription coverage through Express Scripts. Dental and Vision discount plans are through Delta Dental. Coverage is available the 1st day of the following month of employment.
