To book the cabin, the full rental fee is required at the time of booking. Village Hall accepts checks, cash, and credit cards for payment. All credit cards will be charged a 3% processing fee. Alcoholic beverages and smoking are prohibited on the rental property.
The cabin has a handicap-accessible ramp at the front entrance of the building. The main floor seating area is 22’x32 ′, with twelve 6′ folding tables and seventy folding chairs available for your use. The maximum capacity is 60 people. You are responsible for the setup and takedown of tables and chairs. The cabin has heat in the colder months and air conditioning in the warmer months. There are two bathrooms on the main floor. Bounce houses and dunk tanks are not permitted.

Not sure if you need to pay the Roscoe Resident Fee? First, you need to determine if you are a resident of the Village. You can do this by looking at your tax bill. If you pay taxes to the Village of Roscoe, you live within the village limits. If your tax bill does not list the Village of Roscoe, then you pay the Non-Resident Fee. If you don’t have a copy of your tax bill handy, you can visit the Winnebago County Treasurer's website to view your bill.
