🚧 2026 Residential Streets Program Update 🚧
The Village's 2026 Residential Streets Program will soon be underway! The project includes pavement removal and resurfacing, along with shoulder restoration and other roadway improvements on the following streets:
📍 Hawks Pointe Subdivision
• Hawks Pointe Trail
📍 Crystal Hills Subdivision
• Leana Drive
• Elberon Way
• Charlemont Lane
• Rosemare Drive
📍 Saddle Club Subdivision
• Saddle Club Drive
• Equine Drive
• Arena Drive
Update: The contractor has informed us that work is now scheduled to begin the week of July 20 and is expected to take approximately 5–6 weeks, weather permitting.
During construction:
🚧 Please expect temporary traffic delays and lane closures with flaggers directing traffic.
🚗 On-street parking will not be permitted in active construction areas between 7:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m.
🏡 Property access will be maintained throughout the project.
Residents are encouraged to mark any irrigation systems, invisible dog fences, landscaping improvements, or other appurtenances located within 5 feet of the road edge to help prevent damage during construction.
⚠️ Important: Unpermitted appurtenances located within the public right-of-way that are damaged during construction will not be repaired or replaced by the Village or the contractor. Please make every effort to relocate or clearly mark these items before construction begins.
