Notice of Violation Fines - Local Ordinance or Parking Violation.
Follow the appropriate fine link below. Ensure you enter the Notice of Violation (NOV) Number, License plate number or VIN number and who the payment is made for in the appropriate fields. Once you complete the online payment process, you will receive an email confirming the transaction that will serve as your receipt of payment, plea of guilty and you will not need to appear in court.
If you wish to plead not guilty, you will need to complete the Demand of Hearing request on the back of the notice and return it to the Roscoe Police Department within twenty (20) days of the date issued.
Tow Impound Fees
Select the appropriate fine link below to pay now "Tow Impound Fee" and ensure the Report number, License Plate/VIN number and payment made for boxes are complete. Once you complete the online payment process, you will receive an email confirming the transaction that will need to be provided to the towing company for release of your vehicle. By paying the fee online you are confirming that at the time of the impound, the Village of Roscoe Police Department had cause to believe that one or more violations identified in section 7-5 of the Village of Roscoe Code of Ordinances had occurred. By paying online you've given up your right to contest the basis of the Village of Roscoe Police Departments impounding of the vehicle before a Village Administrative hearing officer during an administrative hearing. By paying online you acknowledge and agree to pay the $500.00 administrative impound fee to the Village of Roscoe, as well as pay all towing and storage costs to the tow company before the vehicle can be released.
*** If you are not waiving your right to contest the administrative fee, you will need to make payment at the Roscoe Police Department. At this time a Notice of Administrative Hearing will be completed, and you will be provided with a hearing date. If your vehicle was impounded over a weekend or holiday, you may make payment online to recover your vehicle and still request a hearing at the Roscoe Police Department on the following business day. The Roscoe Police Department lobby will be open to accept payments and complete paperwork from 8am-4pm.***
